- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Complete therapy gym
- Care plan and discharge planning customized for patient
- Personalized pain management program
- Family and caregiver training and education
- Home evaluations to ensure a successful discharge
- Option to continue with therapist on an outpatient basis
- Support services, resident advocacy, and referrals
