Often prescribed after a hospitalization, home health care is clinical medical treatment by skilled medical professionals, including experienced Tel Hai care team members whom you know. This includes skilled nursing services, hospice care, therapy services, medication administration (including injections), medical tests, wound care, and more.
Tel Hai has established partnerships with Bayada Home Health Care and Covenant Home Health & Home Care, both exceptional providers of home health services that support living in place using a consistent team of dedicated clinicians who are well-known to residents.

Skilled Home Health Care includes:
In medical and physical care, Bayada nurses, therapists, and social workers collaborate to deliver skilled services. They work with Tel Hai’s care team to reduce falls, prevent unplanned hospitalizations and ultimately help residents to age in place with good health.
Covenant Home Health staff provide home health care, skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathologists, medical social workers and home health aides.
