You won’t want to miss our largest and most popular annual open house event!

Self-guided tours will include well-appointed resident homes including cottages and apartments. We will also share a general overview of our Life Plan Community including accommodations, services, amenities and continuing care options like Lakeview Personal Care.

Event begins at StoneCroft Commons located at 4000 Tree Line Drive, Honey Brook. We are only 3 short miles east of Route 10 off Beaver Dam Road. Follow Beaver Dam Road to the campus of Tel Hai, then turn onto Tree Line Drive and follow signs to StoneCroft. Parking is available adjacent to the entrance.
