Our 24-hour, resident-centered short-term rehab services apply an individualized approach to recovery from a planned procedure or hospitalization. With our full scope of clinical and therapy care, plus a fully-equipped therapy gym, we aim to help residents increase their function to the highest level possible.

- Pre-operative planning and program consultation
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Complete therapy gym
- Care plan and discharge planning customized for patient
- Personalized pain management program
- Family and caregiver training and education
- Home evaluations to ensure a successful discharge
- Option to continue with therapist on an outpatient basis
- Support services, resident advocacy, and referrals
- Enrichment, education, social, spiritual, & wellness programs
Accommodation & amenities include:
- Fully furnished private accommodations with en suite bathroom
