As a Life Plan Community, our home care services team pairs in-home services with residents’ needs. With a supportive structure to encourage living in place, residents can maintain their independence and stay in their home longer.
Tel-Hai Home Care is a non-medical home care service that is available to residents on an interim or long-term basis. All of these supportive services are provided with empathy and a commitment to helping residents maintain a high level of quality, active living in the comfort of their own home.
From post-surgery assistance to additional as-needed support, these services are subject to change in response to residents’ needs, but include those found below.

- Assistance with daily tasks
- Personal care needs: grooming/hygiene assistance, showers
- Dementia/cognitive support

- Help with clothing and dressing
