We have a long history of serving residents and the community.

Translated from Hebrew, Tel Hai means ‘The Hill of Life.’ That name has been proven accurate many ways since the property was bought in 1950 by members of two Mennonite congregations for church activities. It evolved to a summer camp for inner-city children, then a convalescent home in the property’s original farmhouse. Over time, it has grown into today’s 148-acre campus of elegant residences, quality lifestyle amenities, and a full range of professional care and services.

As a non-profit, Tel Hai continues to offer vibrant living for over 850 residents today. Our welcoming community is full of energy, events, and options for personal and shared fun, exercise, dining, entertainment, health, and learning. We’re proud of our history and work every day to see our legacy continue serving future generations.
