Meadows Health Care

When life demands medical attention, it’s reassuring to have Meadows Health Care Center on campus. Here, residents receive quality, compassionate care from our expert team of health care professionals. A licensed Medicare- and Medicaid-certified center, Meadows Health Care Center offers comfortable private and semi-private accommodations and 24-hour nursing supervision.

“Twenty years ago I moved into a cottage with my husband. After two years he transferred to Meadowbrook to receive the care he required. I eventually moved to a Hillcrest apartment which afforded me the opportunity to visit him several times a day for the rest of his life. I could assist at meal times and never get my feet wet! The apartment was spacious and accommodated my large family at holiday times, too. For the past five years I have been getting all the support I need as a resident in Meadowridge. Our caregivers are wonderful and I have security and peace of mind because there is always someone available to assist me—no matter the weather. My family also is happy to know I am at Tel Hai surrounded by caring staff. I feel truly blessed…”
