A licensed Medicare- and Medicaid-certified center, Meadows Health Care Center offers comfortable private and semi-private accommodations and 24-hour nursing supervision.
“Twenty years ago I moved into a cottage with my husband. After two years he transferred to Meadowbrook to receive the care he required. I eventually moved to a Hillcrest apartment which afforded me the opportunity to visit him several times a day for the rest of his life. I could assist at meal times and never get my feet wet! The apartment was spacious and accommodated my large family at holiday times, too. For the past five years I have been getting all the support I need as a resident in Meadowridge. Our caregivers are wonderful and I have security and peace of mind because there is always someone available to assist me—no matter the weather. My family also is happy to know I am at Tel Hai surrounded by caring staff. I feel truly blessed…”
