Army Ranger Briggs, dealing with PTSD, and Lulu, a Belgian Malinois and also a war vet, race down the Pacific Coast to get to a fellow soldier’s funeral on time. Along the way, they drive each other crazy, break a handful of laws, narrowly escape death, and learn to let down their guards in order to have a fighting chance of finding happiness.
