Coffee and Clarity: Navigating the Tel Hai Website

Join Jolene Weaver, Director of Communications, and Tim Kaiser, Director of Information Technology, for all things tech!. Jolene will give a tutorial on how to view and access the Campus/Resident Portal on the Tel Hai website. We’ll cover the special ‘Resident Only’ functions of the site, along with additional areas such as the calendar of events, culinary menus, and how to view the website and portal on mobile, desktop and tablet devices. Tim will give an overview of how and what IT does to support resident tech needs, how to place an IT Support Ticket, and pricing for IT support. Refreshments served.
