Activity: Day of Mindfulness Meditation
June 4 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Alternating periods of 40-minute sitting meditation with 15-minute exercise/stretching of your choice. The day will be held in silence with a two-hour break for lunch and rest or exercise from 11:45 AM – 1:45 PM. Please be in your seat five minutes before meditation begins.
