UPDATE: NOTICE TO TEL HAI COMMUNITY (Posted Feb. 13 at 12:36 PM)- All road access to Tel Hai Retirement Community via Beaver Dam Road is now open. Additionally, water service has been restored, however residential living residents affected have been notified of a boil water advisory for the next 48-hours. Additional questions regarding water service can be directed to Residential Living at 610-273-9333 ext. 2091.
NOTICE TO TEL HAI COMMUNITY (Posted Feb. 13 at 6:39 AM)- During the early morning hours of February 13, there was a barn fire at a nearby farm property close to Tel Hai Retirement Community. As a result, remedial action is underway to restore water service to an 8-inch water pipe and 2-inch water pipe that service our community. Currently, the neighborhoods of StoneCroft Apartments, Woods Edge Cottages and Cedar Ridge Cottages do not have water service. Vehicle access to Tel Hai is restricted to using Birdell Road to Beaver Dam Road OR Cambridge Road to Park Road to gain entrance/exit from the community. Currently, Beaver Dam Road via Rt. 10 is closed, as is Tree Line Drive. An update will be provided when additional information is received or conditions change.
