Freed from the responsibilities of home maintenance you will find yourself facing decisions about how you invest your time and talents. Varied programs of activities, seminars, trips and informational programs are offered throughout the year. Classes in oil and water color painting offered on-site may help you discover new talents or allow you to revisit former hobbies. The Craft Shop, quilting group and ceramics classes broaden your options.

Opportunities to enjoy musical performances in the campus Chapel or through a subscription series to nearby orchestras or symphonies will be presented. You may wish to join the Chime Choir or sing at weekly chapel services.

The computer savvy and those just starting out in cyberspace can find resources and folks who share your interests. Gardening, swimming and water volleyball await. Wishing to act as a volunteer you may feel the urge to read to the children in our day care center or assist with programs for residents of the Meadows Health Care Center or Lakeview Assisted Living. Leading a Bible study or helping in the gift shop may be just the thing. Sorting mail or becoming a friendly visitor may give you a deep sense of satisfaction.
