An affordable housing option is also available on our continuing care retirement community (CCRC) campus. The Tel Haven Apartments, monitored by Rural Development Services with rental subsidizes paid by the Federal government, provide income eligible individuals an opportunity to enjoy this lovely pastoral setting.

Lakeview, a recently updated facility licensed by the Department of Public Welfare offers a variety of accommodations ranging in size from a small private room with bath to a spacious suite. Couples or individuals seeking a secure and worry-free lifestyle will welcome having three meals provided daily, weekly housekeeping and linen service, a variety of activities and events to fill their days, 24-hour nurse availability and access to social services.

Adult Day Services' Tiered Program can also offer a level of support for residents of the Lakeview community. The Neighborhood Club service option adds up to 12 hours per day of dementia-specific programming and activities, meals and personalized assistance.

The Meadows Health Care Center offers skilled nursing care in private and semi-private accommodations for persons requiring treatment or therapy while ensuring high quality care. Our 139-bed facility licensed by the PA Department of Insurance is Medicare and Medicaid certified. Our on-site rehabilitation department offers physical, occupational and speech therapists to meet your needs. Dementia care is also available in Heather Gardens-a secure environment with programs and support appropriate for persons with cognitive impairments.
